Why I Welcome Gifts

I write here because I believe the Lord has called me to offer a Christ centered voice in a world that is often overwhelmed by noise, urgency, and political division. So much of our public conversation pulls us toward fear or factionalism, and it is easy to forget who we are and whose we are. My hope is that this space gives you room to breathe, to step back, to remember your identity in Christ, and to see faith and culture through a quieter and steadier lens.

Writing in this way takes time, prayer, and attention. I keep this blog free from ads and distractions because I want it to remain a peaceful place shaped by Scripture and the gentle work of the Spirit rather than by algorithms or partisanship. The hours I spend here are hours I am not spending on other income making work.

If the reflections you find here have encouraged you, helped you think more clearly, or offered a moment of rest, you are welcome to leave a gift. There is no expectation. I am simply grateful for those who want to help me make more space for this kind of writing.

Thank you for reading, for seeking Christ above all else, and for valuing a quieter way of engaging the world.

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” (Colossians 3:15)
